A historic Manitowoc baseball field has been renamed Bruce Steinbecker Field and is receiving major upgrades thanks to community support, with completion expected by spring 2026.

Illinois State University has officially renamed its football field at Hancock Stadium in honor of former Board of Trustees member and alumnus Jay Bergman and his late wife Lori.
