The Packers selected Long, an offensive end, in the fourth round of the 1964 NFL Draft, and he played with them from 1964-67.
During his four years in Green Bay, Long played behind Max McGee, Carroll Dale and Boyd Dowler. Thus, he started only four games and caught 25 passes for 487 yards (19.5 yards per catch).
He joins host Krys Boyd to discuss how managers spend the equivalent of one full workday a week managing team problems and his plan for identifying stressors before they get out of hand.
