Leaders with the Knoxville Children's Theatre plan to renovate the Foundry's 17,000-square-foot space to include a main stage, a Black Box Theatre and classrooms.
The theater executive director joined city and county leaders to officially announce the new location at the site of The Foundry.
The Knoxville Children’s Theatre was founded in 2008 and has been in its location on Churchwell Ave. for the past 12 years.
