Trump's Liberation Day tariffs saw his approval ratings plummet. But polls show that hispopularity is creeping back up.

According to the most recent Gallup poll, Trump's job approval rating was averaging 45% since he took office in his second term. His first term's overall average was a 41% approval rating. At any given time during both terms thus far, his lowest to highest approval ratings have ranged between 34%-49%.

After a steep drop in Trump’s popularity following the tariff nightmare of Liberation Day, he’s back where he was for most of his first term.
