Sesko is widely expected to be on the move ahead of the 2025/26 season amid strong links with a blockbuster Premier League transfer.

According to Plettenberg, Sesko has a release clause in his Leipzig contract that fluctuates based on performance-related metrics. As it stands, his clause is set at €70 million (£58m) but is expected to rise to around €80m (£66m) before the season ends.
