Among the weirdest films to premiere at this year’s Cannes Film Festival is Spike Lee ’s out-of-competition drama-thriller Highest 2 Lowest, the kind of idiosyncratic indulgence only a filmmaker of Lee’s stature is allowed.

Rocky wore a black suit, black Ray-Bans and a full set of grillz to the premiere of the Spike Lee-directed film - in which he co-stars opposite Denzel Washington - while Rihanna showed off her growing baby bump in an electric-blue dress with strategic cutouts and a scarf tie at the neck.
