Jimmy Butler may be a great basketball player, but he’s a very bad tenant. That’s according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Miami-Dade County. The former Heat forward is accused of leaving a $130,000 a month rental in Miami Beach in “complete disrepair.”

Court documents obtained by WPLG 10 in Miami state that Butler allegedly caused $125,000 in damages from mold issues, damaged drywall and flooring, a broken HVAC system and an unmaintained pool. According to the Miami Herald, Butler allegedly left the 5,398-square-foot home in “complete disrepair.”
