The Jets have a chance to restock the roster with eight picks in this spring's draft, including the seventh overall selection.

The changes at One Jets Drive have reportedly gone into overdrive in recent weeks according to a report. An update from Sports Business Journal have says the Woody Johnson owned team offered buyouts to roughly 170 of its 250 employees:

ESPN sees the New York Jets keeping their focus on the dirty areas of the field early on in the upcoming 2025 NFL draft. In a full-length mock draft the spans all 257 selections, the top three for the Jets include selections 7, 42 and 73. Of those three, the first pair sees New York dip into the pool of players that line up in the trenches.

Jets' owner Woody Johnson, who was instrumental in bringing Rodgers in to town before a long history of feuding with the self-proclaimed "enigma" claims he wasn't behind the decision to led Rodgers become a free agent. Johnson said it was new head coach Aaron Glenn and new general manager Darren Mougey who decided to go a different direction.
