At an event Wednesday, Indiana University South Bend and the School City of Mishawaka signed an agreement to streamline the admission process for high school students thinking about going to college.

As the community braced for the next round of storms Wednesday, hundreds across Michiana were still waiting for the lights to turn back on from Sunday’s storm.
