When a neighbor reported their vehicle stolen on Sunday evening, off-duty Trooper Dolan Grady used his patrol car to locate and capture the suspect on Main Street in Wade.
Police say the unit was created to stay ahead of potential crime as Cibolo’s population and development continue to grow.
