Tesla Inc. shares climbed to new all-time high for the first time since November 2021, buoyed by optimism the company’s self-driving ambitions can get a boost under President-elect Donald Trump’s next administration.

Tesla shares climbed to a record high of $415 on Wednesday, topping its prior high of $414.50 set more than three years ago as the electric vehicle maker extended a rally in the wake of the U.S. presidential election.

Tesla (TSLA) stock has hit a new milestone, with shares soaring to a 52-week and all-time high of $417.86. This marks an impressive 145% gain over the past six months, and follows growing optimism around the electric vehicle (EV) giant.
