Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said the team was on the phone with quarterback Joe Flacco as he was driven from Cleveland to Cincinnati.
Joe Flacco will start for the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday at Green Bay after the veteran quarterback was acquired from the Cleveland Browns.
