May 27, 2012 · Mewtwo is usually the one that I say is the best just because it can 2HKO the entire game. The Extremekiller Arceus, once it's grabbed a few boosts, does defeat Mewtwo no problem (without the boosts, Mewtwo does survive Extremespeed). Other variants are also 2HKO'd by most of Mewtwo's possible attacks.
