Before something manifests, it exists in the unseen realm as a potential reality. Faith observes that reality as already complete and collapses it into manifestation. This is why Jesus said in Mark 11:24, "Whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours!" When God speaks, He does not just create, His words reveal what already exists in the eternal realm. This is why Isaiah 46:10 says: "I declare the end from the beginning." In other words, God does not "wait"
