HIGH WATER RESCUE: Today, as part of HPD's rescue efforts in north Houston, HPD Marine Enforcement Unit Officer H. Scott was able to save a man and three dogs from high water. About noon, Officer Scott heard of a man yelling for help in a trailer park near where the San Jacinto River enters Lake Houston. He responded on an HPD jet ski.
