This is how i made an oval soap mold using schedule 40 PVC pipe and my oven. Place the pipe inside the oven 30 minutes at 220 degrees Fahrenheit. Using yogert jars as stoppers, press mold down with a baord. I place a change can on top for weight. Once cooled, you can cap off the end with press & seal, wax paper, with rubberbands. I placed inside a coffee for more bottom support. I will post the cut tomorrow. ABS pipe will not work. It has a higher melt point. #soapmold #ovalmold #coldprocesssoap
