Galatians 6:1 says, “If someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently.” Notice what it doesn’t say. It’s not "if someone has a personality quirk you don’t like." or "if they play worship music in a style you don’t prefer." Confrontation is not an oppurtunity to nitpick and fault-find. Confrontation is needed when someone is truly caught in sin—stuck in a pattern they don’t see, not admitting guilt, not showing repentance, and not moving toward change. T
