House Republicans are again acting to extend the Children's Health Insurance Program, known as CHIP, which covers 9 million children. Unfortunately, an overwhelming majority of House Democrats voted against last month's extension of CHIP funding. Care for children in need should always go beyond party lines. I hope both parties will come together to extend CHIP funding now. | Speaker Paul Ryan
