Using your manners, saying please and thank you. Exercising, daily. You don’t have to have abs, you do need to move. Why? Because it’s the right thing to do. Eat healthy, give a crap, have discipline. Pursue what’s important to you, say no to the things that distract you from your pursuits. Clean up your messes.
