A candlelight vigil in Boise, Idaho, turned tense when a scuffle broke out at the Idaho State Capitol. According to other social media videos of the scuffle, a man on a scooter rode through the vigil yelling, "F*** Charlie Kirk". A memorial will be held for Kirk on Sept. 21 at the State Farm Stadium in Arizona.
