Tilly, was feeling very vocal this afternoon! Meet the African wildcat—sleek, stealthy, and slightly larger than your average house cat! Primarily carnivores, these nocturnal hunters feed on insects, birds and small mammals. They lead a solitary life and are highly adaptable to various habitats, from open savannas to dense forests, using communication methods such as scent to mark their territory.
